About this tool
The input is split into runs of letters and digits; punctuation, spaces, underscores, and hyphens all act as separators. The first word is lowercased, and every following word is capitalized and joined without spaces. Existing capitals inside a word are not treated as boundaries, so "userID" becomes "userid".
How to use it
- Type or paste a phrase, one per line if you have several.
- Copy the camelCase result.
hello world → helloWorld
Examples

FAQ
What about PascalCase?
This tool lowercases the first word. For PascalCase, capitalize the first letter of the result.
Are multiple lines kept separate?
No. Line breaks are separators like spaces, so several lines are joined into one identifier.
Are accented letters kept?
Yes. Letters from any script are kept, but many programming languages only allow ASCII in identifiers.
