About this tool
The image is drawn onto a canvas at the chosen angle and exported. 90° and 270° swap width and height. This writes a new bitmap; it does not only flip an EXIF orientation flag. Quality depends on the export format the tool uses (typically PNG or JPEG from the canvas). Repeated save cycles can soften JPEG photos.
How to use it
- Open an image.
- Choose 90°, 180°, or 270°.
- Download the rotated file.
Examples
Phone photo on its side
A landscape photo stored as portrait usually needs 90° or 270° to look upright on the web.
