About this tool
Every line that is empty, or contains only spaces or tabs, is removed. All other lines are kept exactly as they are, including their indentation, in their original order. This also removes the blank lines between paragraphs; use Remove Extra Spaces if you want to keep one blank line between them.

List with gaps
"one", a blank line, "two", two blank lines, then "three" becomes three consecutive lines.
Whitespace-only lines
A line containing only spaces is treated as empty and removed.

Is indentation kept?
Yes. Only lines that are completely blank are removed; the spacing on other lines is unchanged.
Can I keep one blank line between paragraphs?
Not with this tool. Remove Extra Spaces reduces long gaps to a single blank line instead.
