About this tool
Elapsed time is measured from the browser's high-resolution clock rather than by counting timer ticks, so it stays accurate when the tab is in the background or the device is busy. The display shows hours, minutes, and seconds. Pausing keeps the elapsed time, and Start continues from there. There are no lap times.
How to use it
- Press Start.
- Press Pause to stop the clock, and Start to continue.
- Press Reset to return to 00:00:00.

Start when you begin speaking, pause during questions, and resume afterwards to time only your talk.
FAQ
Does it keep running if I switch tabs?
Yes. The display may update less often in the background, but the time is correct when you return.
Does it keep running if I close the tab?
No. Closing or reloading the page resets it.
Can I record laps?
Not currently.
