About this tool
The color input opens your operating system's color picker, which on many systems includes an eyedropper for sampling anywhere on screen. You can also type a HEX value (#3525cd or #fff), an rgb() value, or an hsl() value. The page then shows the same color in all three formats. HSL values are rounded to whole degrees and percentages, so converting HSL back to HEX can differ by one step in a channel.
How to use it

- Copy the HEX, RGB, or HSL value you need.

Short hex
#fff expands to #ffffff, which is rgb(255, 255, 255).
FAQ
Does it support transparency?
No. Alpha values are not shown. Add an alpha channel yourself, for example rgb(53 37 205 / 50%).
Why doesn't the picker have an eyedropper?
The picker is provided by your operating system and browser, and not all of them include one. The Image Color Picker can sample colors from an image instead.
